These Terms of Use govern your use of Calmora. By using Calmora, you agree to these terms.
Calmora Premium
Calmora offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions called Calmora Premium. Premium may be available as monthly and yearly subscription plans. The exact price, billing period, renewal terms, and any trial or promotional offer are shown in the app before you confirm purchase.
Billing and renewal
Subscriptions are purchased through Apple using your Apple Account. Payment is charged by Apple when you confirm purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through your Apple Account before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account subscription settings. Apple handles billing, payment processing, refunds where applicable, and subscription management.

Access to content
Free users may access a limited sample of Calmora content. Premium subscribers receive access to the full Calmora content library while the subscription remains active. Content availability may change over time as Calmora is updated.
Permitted use
Calmora content is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publicly perform, or otherwise exploit Calmora audio, text, designs, or other content except as allowed by the app and applicable law.
Wellness disclaimer
Calmora provides meditation, relaxation, breathing, sleep, and wellness content for general well-being. Calmora is not medical care, therapy, diagnosis, or treatment. It is not a substitute for advice from a physician, mental health professional, or other qualified professional. If you have a medical or mental health concern, seek professional help. If you feel you may harm yourself or someone else, contact emergency services or a local crisis hotline immediately.
No guarantee
Calmora aims to provide a calm and useful experience, but we do not guarantee specific health, sleep, focus, or wellness outcomes.
Changes and availability
We may update, remove, or change features and content. We may also update these Terms of Use. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
Termination
You may stop using Calmora at any time. We may limit access to the app if these terms are violated or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons.
